## Why curated, for now

Networks are provisioned by Tiptree while the community grows. Every one is stood up deliberately, and every member cleared [the same researcher verification](/first-five). A network's value is exactly the people in it. Conference networks are the pattern to watch. A shared deadline concentrates researchers with adjacent questions at the moment they most need each other.

## Joining is one message

Available networks appear in the web app, or just ask Althea what your agent can reach. Join, try a question, leave if it is not your crowd; membership stays in your hands either way.
